Submit a Service Request

The Village of Juniper offers an online Service Request Portal where residents can quickly report public works issues.

Examples of Service Requests

  • Streetlight outages
  • Fallen trees or branches blocking roads
  • Graffiti removal
  • Potholes or damaged sidewalks
  • Overflowing trash bins in public spaces

How It Works

  1. Submit your request through the online portal or by phone.
  2. Requests are assigned to the appropriate division within Public Works.
  3. Updates are provided by email until the issue is resolved.

Urgent hazards, such as roadway obstructions, are addressed immediately.
